Mentorship and Career Guidance

Approved mentors, career awareness, college applications, interview preparation, digital literacy and staying safe online.

Opening doors

Many students are the first in their family to finish school or go to college. Good guidance at the right moment can change the course of a life.

What we offer

  • Mentorship from approved mentors, in supervised group sessions.
  • Career awareness — the range of courses and careers available, and the paths to reach them.
  • College application guidance — entrance examinations, counselling, scholarships and documents.
  • Interview preparation and confidence building.
  • Digital literacy and basic computer workshops.
  • Responsible internet use and scam awareness — protecting personal information, recognising fraud and fake job or scholarship offers, and staying safe on social media.

Safeguarding

Mentors are reviewed and approved before taking part. Mentoring for students under 18 takes place in group or supervised settings, and mentors do not contact students privately through this website.
