Students facing financial hardship can apply for help with school or college fees, examination fees, books and learning materials. Support for engineering and medical education is considered subject to available funds.

No capable student should have to stop studying because a fee cannot be paid. We help financially disadvantaged students with school and college fees, examination fees and essential learning costs.
What we can support

- Examination fees, books and essential learning materials.
Transparent rules
- Every application is reviewed against the same published guidelines by authorised reviewers.
- Applying does not guarantee funding; support depends on need, eligibility and the funds available at the time.
- Wherever practical, payments are made directly to the educational institution, with documented receipts.
- Support is for one academic year at a time. Renewal requires a new application with updated marks and fee details.
Your privacy
We do not ask for Aadhaar, bank details or other sensitive identity numbers in the initial application. Documents are stored privately and seen only by authorised reviewers. No student is ever named publicly without consent.
How the process works
- Submit the online application with supporting documents.
- An authorised reviewer checks your application. We may ask for more information.
- You can check your status at any time with your reference number and access code.
- If approved, support is paid wherever practical directly to the school or college.
- Renewal for the next academic year requires a new application with updated marks and fees.
